Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain functional design inputs for technology solutions
  • Create high-quality documentation for business and functional requirements
  • Analyze large datasets and create flow diagrams to summarize business processes
  • Work closely with development leads to troubleshoot and resolve application defects
  • Manage project execution through JIRA and provide tracking and status updates to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Experience with software development life cycles and business analysis principles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
