Job Summary

The LVN will be responsible for performing nursing duties, following established policies, procedures, and standards, in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to children and families in our outpatient clinic
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing
  • IV Certification and BLS American Heart Association
  • At least two (2) years' nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
