Radiologic Technologist Operating Room Specialist

The Intraoperative Technologist performs high-quality imaging procedures in a timely manner, maintaining production and quality of imaging procedures by following established standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Performs intraoperative procedures according to exam protocol, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintains equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards, working with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal operational capabilities of equipment.
- Ensures patient and employee safety by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control, drug and radiation policies, protocols, and techniques.
- Provides excellent patient care, communicating effectively with patients and their families, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of procedures.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical imaging records, adhering to department policies and standards for interpretation.
- Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology.
- ARRT-R Radiography certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
