Inspector - Layout Specialist

Enjet Aero is seeking a skilled Layout Inspector to join our team. As a Layout Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by inspecting complex configurations using surface plate equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect product to customer drawings and prepare first article packages for customer submittal.
- Verify product conformance to aerospace drawings with geometric dimensions and tolerances.
- Qualify as a customer-approved delegated product release representative per AS13001 and customer requirements.
- Initiate, complete, and submit first article inspection reports.
- Determine acceptance of product based upon inspection results.
- Generate inspection data/reports, including nonconforming material reports.
- Achieve AS13001 certification and customer DQR/ASRA approval.
- Interface with customers' quality representatives and suppliers regarding quality issues.
- Experienced layout inspector with knowledge of FAI per AS9102.
- Well-versed in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Proficient with online portals, electronic files, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral.
