Home Health Agency Intake and Scheduling Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as an Intake and Scheduling Coordinator for our home health agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating new client intakes, scheduling private duty shifts and Medicare visits, and ensuring compliance with order frequencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new client intakes and scheduling of private duty shifts and Medicare visits
  • Ensure compliance with order frequencies and agency policies
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring activities, including interviewing and orienting field staff
  • Support agency recruitment efforts and uphold agency values
  • Adhere to Medicare and Florida ACHA home health rules and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of experience scheduling at a private duty home care agency with Medicaid LTC/VA/Private payer sources
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Florida ACHA home health rules and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
