Job Summary

  • Cleaning and setting up meeting room functions
  • Delivering service items to guest rooms upon request
  • Driving shuttle van when needed
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Effectiveness in listening, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues
Key Performance Indicators

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Comply with all hotel regulations and policies to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Provide exceptional turndown service to assigned guest rooms and suites
  • Restock guest rooms as needed
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen
  • Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
  • Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
