Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the pairing of suitable caregivers with clients, considering their specific needs, preferences, and qualifications.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and field staff to foster strong relationships.
- Ensuring the availability of caregiving personnel; maintaining accurate records and updating data promptly.
- Making informed decisions and judgments while organizing assignments efficiently.
