Job Title: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily functions of the branch, providing guidance and leadership to field inspection and laboratory staff on routine matters.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations and laboratory functions, allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and expand existing business relationships, and create new business opportunities.
  • Direct branch activities, maintain security measures, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Requires a B.S./B.A. (preferable science degree) or a minimum of five years' experience in the petroleum industry.
  • Must possess strong communications, managerial, and interpersonal skills, as well as technical and theoretical knowledge of operational and/or laboratory-related matters.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Responsible for the administrative and executive operation of the respective branch, obtaining optimum efficiency and economy of operations.
  • Supervise all personnel assigned to the respective branch, performing or sharing dispatching duties during non-working hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Implement organizational policies and goals, ensuring strict adherence to the quality system working procedures and company policies.
  • Directly market the company's services to existing and prospective clients, developing new markets, increasing market share, and obtaining a competitive position.
  • Identify problems affecting the quality system, initiate, recommend, and/or provide solutions, verifying implementation and effect.
Fitness for Duty - Physical Demands:
  • This position will be in an office setting, but field work may be required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up-to-50 pounds, push & pull, reach overhead, stoop & squat, and wear protective equipment if required.
