As a Mobile Service Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our electric vehicles. You will be responsible for traveling to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing a high level of customer service throughout the service process. This includes effectively communicating with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general Electric Vehicle (EV) systems. Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge.
  • Mobile Service Operations: Effectively manage your time and travel schedule to efficiently service clients within your assigned territory. Maintain a well-organized and stocked service van, ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are readily available.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously document all customer interactions, repairs performed, and parts used through the company's software system. Ensure accurate and complete records for each service appointment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Center team to share information, coordinate repairs, and ensure seamless service delivery. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with a focus on electric vehicles.
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Mobile Service Technician.
  • ASE Certifications (Automotive Service Excellence).
  • EPA 609 Certification (Refrigerant Handling).
