You will also be responsible for balancing transactions, conducting security walks, and maintaining the overall security and integrity of the hotel.
Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest registrations, making reservations, and preparing daily reports.
- Financial Management: Balance transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Security and Integrity: Conduct security walks, maintain the overall security and integrity of the hotel, and ensure that all areas are locked and secured.
- Guest Services: Handle guest requests, respond to emergencies, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Maintain radio contact with other associates during the shift, and ensure that all communication is clear and concise.
- Training and Development: Train new Night Auditors as requested by management, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
- Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Windows operating systems, and ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
