About the Role

This position is a full-time opportunity to join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Sport Medicine. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in treating patients with neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory system impairments.

Responsibilities
  • Treats patients using physical or mechanical means to restore function and alleviate pain.
  • Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Performs and administers various physical therapy modalities as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in New Mexico and BLS certification required.
  • Demonstrated accountability, assessment skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in Sport Medicine, you will work in a clean, well-lit, and ventilated environment. You may be exposed to communicable diseases, combative patients, and hazardous chemicals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
