Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Line Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Flight Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Marshall incoming aircraft and prepare them for departure, including fueling, servicing, and detailing.
- Assist with aircraft delivery preparation and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
- Monitor and amend SR2X and SF50 ferry departure schedules as required to maintain efficient flight operations.
- Operate, maintain, and detail fuel trucks, aircraft tugs, and company vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of fueling and customer transactions in CRM software.
- Assist with general cleaning of Cirrus facilities and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
