Family Coaching Specialist

Jeremiah Program is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Programming Coach to join our team. As a Family Programming Coach, you will play a critical role in providing transformative coaching to our participants, helping them to secure foundational basic needs, complete higher education, and ensure their children flourish in education and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, education, or human services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality programming and support to families. You will be responsible for providing coaching and support to our participants, as well as facilitating program delivery and operations.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about empowering families and individuals to achieve their goals, and who is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and support to participants to help them achieve their goals and overcome barriers to success.
- Facilitate program delivery and operations, including program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to participants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support for our participants.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies, protocols, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, human services, social work, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in coaching, education, or human services, with a focus on family support and empowerment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality programming and support to families.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations and build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
