Certified Nursing Assistant CNA HHA Part Time

Job Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an essential member of our home health care team, providing personal care and support to individuals with special needs in their homes. As a CNA, you will work under the advisory of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform personal care tasks, including assistance with basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care-related tasks.
- Conduct home management functions, such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
- Plan and prepare meals, shop for groceries, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and Recover Health staff in a professional manner.
- Remind and assist clients with self-administration of medications, as trained.
- Encourage self-help activities and promote independence.
- Document services provided and changes in client condition or family situation, adhering to Recover Health policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older with a high school degree or equivalent.
- Completion of the company's competency testing for HHA.
- Valid CNA certification in MN.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
