Position: Strategic Marketing Advisor
Summary: As a Strategic Marketing Advisor, you will offer expert insights to businesses aiming to elevate their marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and stimulate growth. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to craft and execute impactful marketing plans, assess market dynamics, and refine campaigns to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to formulate detailed marketing plans that resonate with their business objectives and target demographics. Provide strategic advice on brand positioning, audience segmentation, and competitive insights.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, including digital, print, social media, and events. Ensure that all campaigns are consistent with market research and industry trends to deliver valuable insights into consumer behavior and competitive positioning.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing efforts. Deliver regular performance assessments and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and curation of marketing materials, such as articles, social media content, website text, and promotional assets. Ensure that all content is engaging, pertinent, and aligned with the overall brand narrative.
- Guide clients in maintaining their brand identity and messaging across all marketing platforms. Ensure uniformity in brand representation and compliance with established brand standards.
- Execute and oversee digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email outreach, and social media promotions. Enhance digital channels to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with client teams to comprehend their requirements, gather insights, and ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies. Facilitate communication and provide expert guidance on marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications in marketing (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing consultancy, digital marketing, or a similar field.
- A solid grasp of marketing principles and practices, including strategic planning, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex information and recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Expertise in market research and data analysis, with the ability to utilize insights to shape marketing strategies and enhance performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and achieving results within set timelines.
- A creative thinker, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
