The Line Cook is a vital member of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining menu recipes and ensuring proper portion sizes.
  • Using various cooking equipment and utensils to prepare dishes made to order.
  • Ensuring a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to all food safety handling protocols.
  • Cross-training in different areas to learn all stations and assist where needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of culinary experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a Food Safety Handling Certificate. Basic knife skills are also required.
