We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Concierge to enhance the guest experience at ROOST Kelly Drive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee online, telephonic, and in-person room bookings.
- Greet guests warmly, facilitate check-ins, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel amenities.
- Process customer payments efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Provide insights on local attractions and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards and accommodate any specific requests.
- Assist clients in organizing special events and occasions.
- Coordinate exclusive services for VIP guests.
- Develop comprehensive itineraries for guests, including transportation, dining, and tour arrangements.
- Maintain physical readiness to assist guests with luggage when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn new software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine approach to working with colleagues and guests.
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
