At Olmsted Medical Center-MAIN, we are seeking a Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Job SummaryThis is an integral role that provides preventive, acute, and chronic healthcare across the continuum of age in various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities- Providing advanced level of care to patients, including diagnosing and managing preventive, acute, and chronic healthcare conditions;
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that emphasize health promotion and disease prevention;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care;
- Participating in committee participation and meeting attendance to contribute to healthcare policy development;
- Staying up-to-date with continuing education and professional development requirements for certification and licensure.
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited school of nursing;
- Current licensure as a registered nurse and APRN by the Minnesota Board of Nursing;
- Board certification through a national credentialing board;
- Minimum three years of Emergency Medicine experience.
- A competitive salary of $93,000 annually, commensurate with experience;
