We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Ashtabula County Medical Center. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and protection to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and awareness throughout the facility
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Ohio driver's license with no more than four points
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Able to operate two-way radio and video surveillance equipment
  • Minimum two years of experience in a security-related field
  • 120 hour Ohio Peace Officer Training Council certificate or comparable public service certification
