Job Overview

Atlas Immersion Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Spanish Lead Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our Spanish Immersion Teaching Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Atlas Curriculum with a specified age group, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that prepare children for their next level of education.
  • Manage the routine and environment of the classroom to ensure a safe and nurturing space for all students.
  • Observe and assess the development of children, evaluating the achievement of developmental milestones and communicating with parents through regular updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Bilingual or full fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
