About the Role:

BSI EHS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Remediation Project Manager with environmental remediation experience who has a passion to help our clients manage their environmental liabilities, manage and mentor staff, and provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead environmental remediation projects and related activities, achieving client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Focus on remedial investigations, conceptual site models, feasibility studies, remedial design, and long-term operations and maintenance of remedial systems.
  • Develop and implement successful business growth strategies, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage and mentor staff, ensuring effective project delivery and team performance.
  • Procure technical consulting and contracting services, ensuring compliance with regulatory schemes and financial accounting standards.
  • Develop and track budgets, cost estimates, and environmental reserves, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
  • Ensure environmental permitting and regulatory compliance, including air, flood hazard areas, wetlands, discharge to surface water and groundwater, hazardous waste, etc.

Requirements:

  • BS in environmental/civil/chemical engineering, chemistry, geology, or related degree.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in environmental remediation, with 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • PE, PG, CSP, CHMM, or similar registration desired.
  • HAZWOPER 40-hour certification and current on 8-hour refresher.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and technical skills, with experience in technical report writing and data evaluation.

What We Offer:

The salary for this position can range from $98,000 to $135,800 annually, based on various factors, including competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
