Job Title: Remediation Project Manager

At Hepaco Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Remediation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of remediation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate remediation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and track project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including environmental, health, and safety risks.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the remediation industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing remediation projects, including experience with hazardous materials response and emergency spill response.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
