About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our Child Crisis team at Monarch. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals and families in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals and families in a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Conduct vital sign checks, observations, and other necessary tasks to ensure the well-being of our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on crisis management and recovery strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in crisis intervention and mental health.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with populations in crisis or with mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
