Job Summary:

This is an office-centric role that involves collecting for revolving credit accounts. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of accounts and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect payments from customers for revolving credit accounts
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collections process
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this role will vary, with different schedules for each week. This will include working a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends.
