• Assist the General Manager in maintaining all standards of guest service and ensuring a 5-star experience for our customers.

• Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to create the yearly hotel budget and assess performance throughout the year to stay profitable.

• Support the Human Resources department in improving turnover management, employee motivation, and staff growth and retention.

• Analyze department performance, report problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality setting.

• Strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• 3+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry.
