Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Stones Gambling Hall. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner
  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Check back with guests often to inquire about their dining experience and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Follow safe food handling guidelines and protocols
  • Promote teamwork and efficiency by assisting colleagues as needed
  • Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures, including those related to responsible gaming and customer service
  • Provide a fun and superior gaming and dining experience by establishing and maintaining a good rapport with guests
  • Actively participate in safety training and report any unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds
Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, ranging from the sounds of the casino floor to office equipment and music from special events.

Background Investigation Requirements

Per state and local law, a work permit is required for all employees of casinos and gambling halls, including Stones Gambling Hall. All employees will be required to meet all the requirements of obtaining such a work permit, including passing a criminal background check.
