Requirements
  • Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have guard card, or able to obtain their Guard Card
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Have a reliable means of communication and transportation
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English (Bilingual in Spanish a Plus)
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, or oral form
  • Be an effective team member and courteous telephone manners
  • Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
  • Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
  • Good organizational skills
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Guard Card
  • Concealed Carry-Permit (CCW)
  • Personal Vehicle + Clean Driving Record
Experience
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Private Protection Detail Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • CCW Possession: 1 year (Minimum)
  • Patrol Security Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
