We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Short Stay team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices, and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
