As a General Manager at SONIC Drive-In, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Drive-In, ensuring that guests have a positive experience, and leading a team of Great People to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Drive-In performance and profitability
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with SONIC safety and sanitation standards, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and resolve issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in the QSR industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business or related fields preferred
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 days a week, including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices, as well as labor laws and regulations
  • Leadership and supervisory skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and basic accounting and computer skills
