Position Summary:
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with other maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance and repair work for both internal and external areas.
- Assist fellow maintenance personnel as needed.
- Operate and maintain various maintenance equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints and floor plans.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, stooping, bending, and reaching.
- Exposure to various environmental conditions, including high noise levels and potential hazards.
