Telehealth Coordinator, Virtual Care Center

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Telehealth Coordinator to join our Virtual Care Center team at Alignment Healthcare. As a Telehealth Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing clinical programs and supporting providers with day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage clinical programs and support providers with scheduling appointments, contacting patients for follow-up, and providing support to the clinical team as needed.
- Assist end-users with device or software issues, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to successfully manage the Virtual Care Center.
- Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on assisting Alignment staff and members with resolution of issues in a timely manner.
- Document and ticket details of requests, resolution, and escalated issues.
- Work closely with the VCC and tech team to troubleshoot basic platform issues.
- Obtain medical records from provider offices, hospitals, and SNFs as necessary.
- Schedule all requested appointments in appropriate slots per activity category.
- Monitor tasks in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Assist providers with visit preparation needs.
- Test the telehealth platform with patients to ensure smooth virtual visits.
- 1-2 years of experience with Apple and Android device configuration and applications.
- Experience with customer service and technical assistance.
- High school degree required.
- Basic understanding of current mobile device technology and ability to learn and adapt to Alignment-specific applications and protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Basic math skills required for data analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot and research issues effectively.
- Willingness and capability to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Technology and automated solutions-oriented.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills while maintaining speed in completing work.
- Efficient working style with strict adherence to deadlines.

Standard schedules will be set 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Coverage over weekends may be required.
