Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping skills, as needed, to ensure that our hotel's rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspect that safety and security measures are being upheld to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Assist with the overall performance of the property's Housekeeping department, including guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor.
  • Train fellow associates on brand and company standards to maximize revenue and ensure consistency in our services.
  • Promote brand and company standards in your actions and communications to maintain a positive and professional image.
  • Maintain compliance with new initiatives for the brand and company, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel, preferably with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood.
  • Knowledge of local and state compliance laws, as well as the ability to perform inventory management and cost control.
  • The ability to ensure that hotel policies and brand standards are followed, and to train and implement McKibbon policies and procedures.
  • Sufficient communication and problem-solving skills to maintain positive relationships with associates and drive associate satisfaction.
