Key Responsibilities
  • Table Clearing and Maintenance: Assist in clearing tables, cleaning and polishing counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment in food service areas.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning, scrape dishes, separate silver, and stack dishes in the dishwasher area.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work closely with Servers, Management, and Guests to ensure a technically exceptional experience, and maintain effective communication with team members.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing situations and work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, ability to work well with others and independently, and ability to organize and multi-task.
  • Etiquette and Protocol: Knowledge of proper etiquette for table clearing is a plus.
Work Environment and Culture

CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar operates seven days a week, with varying shifts and hours. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
