Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at M&M Service, Inc. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for providing clerical and organizational assistance to the Accounting Department.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and process accounts payable invoices in a timely manner.
2. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
3. Verify and maintain Subcontractor Agreements while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Process invoices through various customer portals to ensure timely receipt of payment.
5. Labeling and updating paper files.
6. Use alphabetical and numerical systems to organize invoices and files, digital or paper, into their proper locations.

Requirements
1. High School Diploma.
2. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
3. Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
4. Strong time management and organizational skills.
5. High degree of attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
7. Strong analytic abilities.
8. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
