As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to provide comprehensive care
* Document and review individual records to ensure timely medical follow-up
* Participate in active case management and quality assurance checks
* Conduct residential home visits and provide medical oversight and support
* Regularly visit day programs and oversee areas in accordance with OPWDD regulations
* Provide staff training and medication review
* Maintain accurate documentation and oversee diets and nutrition

Requirements:

* Valid NYS RN license
* Driver's license
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
