Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
  • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations

Requirements:
  • Nurse Practitioner License
