  • Identify potential fire hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and records.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to integrate fire safety measures into project plans.
  • Provide training and guidance to construction staff on fire safety best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest fire safety regulations, standards, and technologies.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and issues related to fire safety.
  • Collaborate with local fire departments and other regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Fire Protection, Inspections, and Service within the construction industry.
  • Certified in NICET and well-versed with NFPA standards.
  • Proficient in the use of fire alarm systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, and other fire safety equipment.
  • Proven ability to identify potential fire hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
