Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition and meet all safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and service on fire safety equipment, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and Silent Knight systems.
- Identify potential fire hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and records.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate fire safety measures into project plans.
- Provide training and guidance to construction staff on fire safety best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest fire safety regulations, standards, and technologies.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and issues related to fire safety.
- Collaborate with local fire departments and other regulatory bodies as required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Fire Protection, Inspections, and Service within the construction industry.
- Certified in NICET and well-versed with NFPA standards.
- Proficient in the use of fire alarm systems.
- Extensive knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, and other fire safety equipment.
- Proven ability to identify potential fire hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
