Job Overview

Heritage Design + Supply is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Associate/Field Representative. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory, as well as coordinating the movement of products throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives, organizes, and maintains warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and retrieval of products.
  • Coordinates the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks with materials as needed.
  • Implements daily delivery or shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
  • Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
  • Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
  • Performs quality inspections for stone installations, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
  • Communicates clearly, timely, and effectively with customers, vendors, and contractors.
Requirements
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license for forklift truck required.
  • Forklift Certification is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Physical Requirements

Will require a long period of standing, walking, and moving inside and outside the warehouse. Will be required to work inside and outside and be subjected to a variety of weather. Will deliver materials to job sites; must be able to walk and maneuver around the sites. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times.
