We are seeking a skilled Wind Instrument Repair Specialist to join our team at West Music. As a Wind Instrument Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating, repairing, and setting up wind instruments to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and repair wind instruments to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Set up new instruments to ensure they are ready for use.
- Provide estimates for repair costs and follow up with customers.
- Collaborate with sales staff to increase awareness of repair services.
- Attend school contests and festivals to provide on-site repair services.
- Graduation from a certificated instrument repair program.
- Ability to play test all instruments being repaired.
- 2 years of woodwind repair experience preferred.
- Hybrid/Remote work possible for specific roles.
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k with match, student debt repayment, PTO, and paid holidays.
