Job Title: Granite Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Granite Fabricator to join our team at Distinctive Staffing Solutions LLC. As a Granite Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing granite countertops in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect slabs for imperfections or unusable areas
  • Manually layout and cut jobs according to job layouts
  • Set/program tooling path to cut jobs
  • Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of equipment as required
  • Preventive and routine; following lockout/tagout procedures
  • Maintain an efficient, clean and organized work area
  • Installation at client sites
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of granite fabrication/installation experience
  • Valid Drivers License
  • A minimum 3 years of significant experience with the use of a common hand, and power tools including but not limited to power drill, impact driver and level
  • Experience with multiple types of fasteners, anchors and drill bits
  • Proven ability and experience accurately measuring within 1/8 with manual and laser measurers
  • Strong spoken and written communications skills
  • Punctual, reliable and possesses a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity
  • A strong understanding of basic to advanced technology with computers, mobile devices and tablet
