Physician Assistant in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing expert musculoskeletal interventions to enhance recovery and improve functional independence.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Collect and record patient data, including initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, and discharge plans.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practice.
- Clinical Decision-Making: Utilize your expertise to make informed decisions about patient care, consulting with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on safe exercise prescription, rehabilitation equipment, and community reintegration.
- Team Leadership: Supervise support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the applicable state (NY, NJ).
- Valid CPR License.
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and a positive, professional demeanor.
- $7,500 sign-on bonus.
- Up to $2,500 relocation bonus.
