JAG Physical Therapy is a comprehensive outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company with 100 facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. We are committed to delivering high-quality care-first rehabilitation services that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience. This includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus, up to $2,500 relocation bonus, and quarterly bonuses. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA options for dependent care, medical, and commuter benefits. We also offer $10,000 term life insurance at no cost to employees, guaranteed 3 weeks PTO with up to 4 weeks additional PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Therapist - Musculoskeletal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions and creating effective treatment plans to aid in recovery and enhance functional independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient evaluations, including initial assessments, daily notes, reassessments, and progress reports.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Providing education and training to patients and their support systems on proper exercise techniques, ADLs/IADLs, and community reintegration.
  • Overseeing support staff, including PTAs, ATCs, and PT aides, to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry using our EMR system.
  • Attending regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where you will be working.
  • Completed continuing education requirements in your state (NY, NJ).
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Experience working with EMR software and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
