In this role, you will deliver essential ground support services to clients in a courteous and professional manner. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of ground handling operations, including but not limited to:

  • Fueling and defueling aircraft
  • Handling baggage and cargo
  • Towing aircraft
  • Utilizing marshalling signals for aircraft parking
  • Providing lavatory and potable water services
  • Operating various ground support equipment to meet customer and aircraft needs

Compensation: Starting pay for this role ranges from $16 to $16.50 per hour.

Availability: This position requires flexibility for all shifts between 4 AM and 10 PM, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call duties as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
  • Operate all required ground support equipment, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power units, and de-icing trucks.
  • Conduct ground marshalling using standard aviation signals.
  • Engage in customer service tasks, assisting clients with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
  • Support aircraft operations, including turning, loading, and unloading.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of all facilities and grounds.
  • Participate in daily and weekly safety inspections and audits of equipment and operational facilities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
  • Capability to perform regular heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
