Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Clerk to provide administrative support to our West GA CSC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email and phone communication, maintaining databases, and processing customer and account source documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email and phone communication to ensure timely responses to internal and external customer needs
  • Maintain databases by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
  • Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information
  • Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates' degree or higher preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service/administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to shifting priorities
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
