We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Clerk to provide office support to our West GA CSC team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing email and phone communication, maintaining databases, and processing customer and account source documents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage email and phone communication to ensure timely responses to internal and external customer needs
- Maintain databases by entering new and updated customer and account information
- Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
- Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information
- Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service/administrative role
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and display good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
