Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits to take precise measurements for windows, doors, siding, and roofing installations, ensuring accurate fits and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in addressing issues related to drafty windows or crooked frames, providing professional and courteous service.
- Purchase materials for projects, ensuring timely and efficient installation.
- Confirm contract details to guarantee customer satisfaction and seamless service.
- Perform post-installation inspections to maintain Feldco's high-quality standards.
- Engage with customers to exceed their expectations and build strong relationships.
- 2+ years of experience in home construction projects is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Precision is key in taking measurements and performing service work.
- Comfortable using tablets for scheduling and order entry.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs. as needed and perform work from ladders.
- Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays to meet customer needs.
