Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced High Net Worth Producer to join our team at Novatae Risk Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on commercial insurance coverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit applications and supporting documents to insurance carriers.
  • Present accounts to insurance carriers and negotiate compelling programs.
  • Utilize expertise and relationships to secure high net worth clients.
  • Market new and renewal business in conjunction with designated sales teams.
  • Analyze current programs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Order underwriting reports as needed and ensure timely quote delivery.
  • Solicit new business through sales and marketing techniques.
  • Coordinate administrative workflows with support teams to ensure prompt response to service issues.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in business writing and situation analysis.
  • Energetic, self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with personal lines of property and casualty insurance.
  • Must be sales driven and have excellent communication skills.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred with 1-3 years of relative experience.
