Mobile Service A&P Mechanic (MST) Job Description

As a Mobile Service A&P Mechanic (MST) at Textron Aviation, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mobile services independently to customers by performing a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery to customer.
  • Perform turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair and engine run-ups.
Requirements:
  • High school education or GED required
  • A&P License, or partial license with the ability to obtain full license within 6 months.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification and phase inspection experience as an A&P Mechanic.
  • Experience as an A & P Mechanic or mechanical repair of vehicles
  • OR AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance
