Foster Care Specialist Lead

NAYA Family Center seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Foster Care Specialist Lead. This full-time position involves providing case management services to Native American youth in foster care, developing enrichment and cultural arts programs, and collaborating with other agencies to meet the needs of our clients.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
The Foster Care Specialist Lead will be responsible for:
- Providing case management services to foster care youth and their families.
- Developing and implementing enrichment and cultural arts programs.
- Maintaining ongoing contact with youth and foster families on caseload.
- Collaborating with other agencies to acquire resources for clients.
- Disbursing client assistance funds.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Indian Child Welfare Act.
- Ability to work with low-income and ethnic minority clientele.
- Strong organizational systems and time management skills.
