As the Plant Controller, your responsibilities will encompass all financial operations, including cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also ensure adherence to tax and audit regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all financial activities within the manufacturing plant, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset management.
  • Establish and maintain cost management systems, focusing on cost control and reduction initiatives.
  • Generate accurate and timely monthly financial reports, offering insightful analysis to facilitate decision-making.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Manage fixed asset oversight, including depreciation schedules.
  • Guarantee compliance with tax regulations, preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with management and finance teams to develop strategic financial plans.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to management, aiding in operational decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, with a strong emphasis on cost management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
  • In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, tax, and audit processes.
  • Exceptional financial reporting skills, capable of presenting complex financial data clearly.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost reduction strategies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
